Safe-Way Garage Doors has been acquired by The Ellis Company
February 12, 2016 WARSAW, IN: The Ellis Company has acquired Safe-Way Garage Doors LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of residential, commercial and industrial overhead garage doors. Its 107,000-square-foot plant is located in Warsaw and employs 65 workers. Safe-Way Door also operates facilities in Tennessee and Missouri with distribution throughout North America.
The Principals of True North, acting in the capacity of registered agents of Burch & Company, Inc. (“Burch”), were the lead strategic and financial advisors to Safe-Way on the sale of the business.
