Don Gillett Acquires B & B Molded Products, Inc.

True North Strategic Advisors, LLC advised Don Gillett on the acquisition of B & B Molded Products, Inc. from its founder and sole shareholder. The transaction was effective January 31, 2009. True North was a lead strategic and financial advisor to Mr. Gillett on this transaction.
