True North Advises CSD Group, Inc. in Sale to SOLV Holdings
CSD Group sold its business to SOLV Holdings
SOLV Holdings, an Ambassador Enterprises affiliate, announced its acquisition of Custom Sound Designs (CSD Group, Inc.), a leading audio, visual, lighting, and acoustic (AVLA) design firm that provides immersive systems for every environment.
Custom Sound Designs is headquartered in New Haven, IN, with additional offices in Colorado Springs, CO, and Fort Worth, TX. Since its founding in 1989, CSD has grown to be a nationally recognized expert in equipping businesses, schools, arenas, theaters, and churches with AVLA systems and integrations that facilitate effortless communication with the audience.
True North served as the exclusive investment banking advisor to CSD Group, Inc. on this transaction, providing a complete set of sell-side acquisition services including extensively researching the market, identifying this acquirer, and leading the execution of the acquisition steps.
