Principals of True North Advise Coulter Inc. in Sale to Lakewind Investments

Lakewind Investments, an Indianapolis-based growth equity firm, announced that it has acquired the business of Coulter Inc., a premier manufacturer of metalized and custom paint finishes. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Coulter Inc., located in Middlebury, Indiana, is a specialty spray coating company that provides specialty finishes to plastic jars, bottles, and closures. The Company’s decorative finishing capabilities include metalizing, decorative coatings, custom color matching, textured finishes, and other specialty applications. The Company has established itself as a top provider of decorative finishes for packaging experts in many industries including aerosol paint, health and beauty, and home goods.
