Architectural Glass & Aluminum has been acquired by N.A. Holding
March 22, 2024 – Midwest-based diversified holding company, N.A. Holding Corporation, announced the acquisition of Architectural Glass & Aluminum (AGA), a leading aluminum and glass fabricator in Northeast Indiana.
AGA provides a comprehensive range of fabrication services and specialty glass products including curtain walls, storefronts, windows, skylights, composite panels, point-supported glass systems, railings, and architectural sunscreens. The company's 10,000-square-foot fabrication and stock warehouse is headquartered in Columbia City and houses advanced equipment enabling efficient, precise custom fabrication.
