Arc Solutions acquired by FabX Industries
FabX Industries, Inc. (FabX), a Michigan-based holding company, announced that it has acquired the business of Arc Solutions, Inc. (Arc Solutions), a distributor and service provider of welding, robotic, and plasma equipment. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Arc Solutions, located in Hicksville, Ohio, is a leading distributor of welding products as well as a designer of integrated robotics systems. The Company represents top-tier welding and cutting manufacturers including Lincoln Electric, Hypertherm, Miller, and many others, providing machine maintenance and repair services. FabX is a manufacturing holdings company established to provide high quality, cost effective and value-added machining and fabrication services for fenestration, automotive, marine, furniture and recreational vehicle industries. The Company’s approach is to make manufacturing easy by partnering with its customers and taking care of its employees. Arc Solutions marks the fifth acquisition for FabX, joining with Aquest Machining, Elite Precision Machining & Tooling, Guide Engineering, and LaserTec Sheet Metal Fab.
