True North Update Josh Macy Joins Owner Management Team at True North

True North Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce that Josh Macy has joined the firm as a Principal, further strengthening its advisory and execution team serving clients and firms across the lower-middle market. At True North, Josh will participate in lead generation, deal execution, and client relationship management.

Josh joins Goeglein, Ken Sipe, Scott Metzger, and Josh Sipe as the principals and owners of True North.

With nearly two decades of experience in corporate strategy, business development, and operations, Josh has built a strong track record of helping entrepreneurs and investors align capital with opportunity. He has partnered with management teams through growth capital raises, strategic acquisitions, and multiple successful exits - giving him a deep understanding of both investor objectives and owner priorities. His transaction experience spans real estate, enterprise software, medical device, consumer products and services.

Josh earned his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Bloomington in Financial Management. He and his wife, Kristen, have three children and reside in Fort Wayne, IN. Outside of the office, he enjoys coaching his kids’ sports activities, golf, volunteering, and traveling.
